Keto Lamb Balls & Raita Sauce

We have fallen in love with these our keto lamb balls! They’re great for a snack or made into a meal. We will bring you more recipes with these bad boys this week so you can see how versatile they can be, as they just add so much taste to everything they are added too. Also great to freeze for a quick microwave snack!

Ingredients:

Keto Lamb Balls

  • 5g Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 5g Fresh Coriander
  • 25g Red Onion
  • 1tsp Ground Cumin Powder
  • 500g Lamb Mince

Raita Sauce

  • 100g Natural Yoghurt
  • 30g Cucumber
  • 2g Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 10 ml Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. Mix lamb mince with fresh herbs, onion and cumin powder.
  2. Roll lamb mixture into balls about 4cm big and place onto oven tray and into oven.
  3. Bake koftas for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Place yoghurt into a small mixing bowl.
  5. Dice mint leaves until fine and place them with the yoghurt.
  6. Peel cucumber and cut it in half, removing the core. Then finely dice and add it with the remaining ingredients to the yoghurt & thoroughly mix together.
  7. Remove the kofta balls from the oven and serve with a garden or greek salad or slice up and place onto pizza as a yummy topping!
